Shipping & Delivery
How long will my order take?
Domestic deliveries usually arrive within 3–10 business days via India Post, depending on distance.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
Yes! For Ayoor & Kollam, we offer local delivery within 1–3 days, or same day if arranged in advance.
What are your shipping charges?
- India-wide: ₹49
- Local: ₹10 per km (Ayoor & Kollam)
- International: Starting from ₹3000 (handled via Instagram or WhatsApp)
Can I change my address after placing an order?
Once the order is submitted, we can’t make changes — please double-check your address and pincode before confirming.
What if my order is returned due to an incorrect address?
You’ll need to pay for reshipping, so kindly provide full details during checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We deliver worldwide. Shipping cost varies by weight and country.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
To qualify for a return or exchange, a complete unboxing video (from opening the seal to end, uncut) is required. Without it, we can’t accept the claim.
What if my product is damaged?
If damage is visible in your unboxing video, we’ll verify and approve a return or exchange. Damage after delivery cannot be refunded.
How do I return a product?
After approval, please send it back in its original packaging. Return details will be shared via email or WhatsApp.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive your product, refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
